This is what you can do to document your pregnancy:
1. Write a Journal: A lot is going on in your life right now. From mood changes to anxiety around having a baby to the overwhelming joy! Journaling is the best way to get this all out all the while creating a meaningful keepsake! You will love reading it later in your life.
2. Create a “Bump progress Series” If you can keep up with it, this is a beautiful way of documenting how this miracle is growing inside of you. Keep it simple, that way it will be easy to keep up. Take a picture daily or may be weekly at the same spot and in the same pose and watch your baby grow!
3. Write letters to baby: This is one of the sweetest ways to connect with your baby. Some moms find it way easier to write down their feelings and wishes for their babies than saying them out loud. If you have a story to tell your baby, write it down in the form of a letter, this will be a treasured keepsake for you and your baby.
4. Get a Professional Maternity Photoshoot: You and your body are going through a lot right now. Everything is changing and everything is beautiful, whether you feel that way right now or not! In a few years you will look at these images with so much nostalgia and joy. Do yourself this favor and book a professional photoshoot. You Deserve it!
